Thomas J. Ritter, D.D.S.
Dr. Ritter and his wife, Dr. Carol Ritter, came to Baltimore from Wisconsin in 1983 for Carol to do her residency at GMBC in OB/GYN. He is a 1982 graduate of the Marquette University School of Dentistry, where he has also been an instructor. Dr. Ritter is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Maryland Dental School, in the clinical restorative department. His father and brother are also dentists in Wisconsin. Dr. Ritter has three children - Sarah, Austin and Eric.
Dr. Ritter and his wife are devoted to providing medical and dental humanitarian aid. They have worked in Bosnia, Honduras and a host of developing countries, but their passion is serving the people of Haiti. You can follow their adventures in their blog, carolandtominhaiti.com.

Debbie
Debbie has been in the dental field for over thirty years. She is a licensed dental assistant and also has had sixteen years of dental office management experience. She loves working with our staff family and pitches in as an assistant or at the front desk wherever she is needed. Debbie has traveled with the Ritter's to Haiti and New Orleans, and enjoys providing dental care to the under served. She lives in Street with her son, Morgan. |

Karen
Karen is Dr. Ritter’s primary dental assistant. She has a warm sense of caring for the comfort of our patients and has a talent for creating Cerec crowns. Karen has been assisting Dr. Ritter for over fourteen years and has also been an assistant at the University of Maryland Dental School. She enjoys spending time with her family at the beach and is an avid animal lover. Karen lives in Timonium with her husband and her two children, Carly and Seamus.

Andrea
Andrea has had twenty two years of dental experience, and mostly all of it with Dr. Ritter. She educates patients in how to keep all of their natural teeth for a lifetime, and is extremely thorough and gentle. Always ready to learn something new, Andrea enjoys the latest technologies in periodontics that we offer in the office to better serve our patients. Her interests include nutrition, health and fitness. She lives in Sparks with her husband and three children, Wyatt, Ethan and Elizabeth.

Leigh
Leigh is a dental hygienist who loves meeting new people and getting to know them. She particularly enjoys treating patients who are a bit apprehensive and has an outstanding talent in calming their fears. Leigh has had over thirty years of experience. She has been with Dr. Ritter for eleven years, and has been instrumental in developing our periodontal disease management program. She is very active in community outreach projects. Leigh lives in Towson, and is married with two children, Brian and Annie. |

Becky
Becky joined our team in 2006 as one of our dental hygienists. She loves what she does and it shows! Patients always compliment her on her positive, outgoing personality and on how gentle she is. She has a true, genuine interest in our patients and individualizes treatment to their specific needs. Becky lives in Perry Hall with her husband, Shane. |

Kay
Kay is the newest addition to our staff and she has been a dental hygienist for over thirty years. She has a wonderful chairside manner, and wants her patients to feel comfortable and to fully understand their treatment. Throughout her dental career, Kay has worked in specialty periodontic and pedodontic practices, and enjoys treating patients in all age groups. In her spare time, she is an instructor at the Maryland Athletic Club, and has an active interest in personal fitness. Kay lives in Timonium with her two daughters, Louise and Kathleen. |
